4 Comments. Write a new one
I received this book for the birth of my little one and I think the concept is great!
I had a question about the age of introduction of some fruits, like Kiwi which is announced from 4 months when the recommendations until now were to wait for 1 year. This is the case for many fruits that are announced from 4-6 months, although recommended later by other books. What should I follow as an indication?
Thank you in advance,
Cdt, Pauline
Hello,
Thank you very much for your feedback!
All the latest studies have shown that there is a window of tolerance between 4 and 7 months, during which the introduction of as many foods as possible would reduce the risk of future food allergies (contrary to what was said for several years). Except in the case of very severe allergies (in which case it is necessary to discuss this with the doctor), it is no longer justified to wait before introducing potentially allergenic foods.
Obviously, foods are introduced one by one in small quantities, and it is checked that there is no reaction, as with everything else.

Have a nice day
Hello,
I would like to know if it is useful to buy the guide to diversification that you propose or if it is included in this book.
Thank you in advance for your reply.
Good evening,
If you have the book, then it is much more complete than the small guide provided on the site.
