The Dosies
Meat: chuck or ground beef | 1 orange |
Carrots | 1 blue |
Vegetable broth without salt | 2 roses |
Tomato concentrate | 1 violet |
Onion | 1 violet |
Flaxseed oil or butter in the mash | 1 violet |
Garlic (1 half clove) - Laurel (1 leaf) | 1 violet |
Recipe
- Place the meat in a covered pan with a drizzle of oil. Allow to sear for a few minutes.
- Wash, rinse and pare the carrots and onion.
- Add the chopped onion to the pan, and let them brown for a few minutes.
- Then pour in the vegetable stock, herbs and tomato paste.
- Simmer covered for about ten minutes and add the carrots.
- Here we go again for about thirty minutes. To check the cooking, there is nothing better than to taste and test the textures.
- Present the recipe to baby with a little mashed potato, a traditional meal served on a plate for your little chefs.
