BĂ©chamel whole milk | 1 orange Dosie (1 blue milk, 1 purple butter, 1 purple flour) |

Recipe
Let's go for the recipe with the Dosies đ
đ Preheat the oven to 180°C.
đ Wash, rinse and then pare the endives. Simply remove the stem.
đ Place in steamer and set aside.
đ In the meantime, make the bĂ©chamel sauce: prepare a saucepan with the butter and flour, let it brown on a low heat then add the milk little by little. Mix everything together until the mixture thickens slightly. Add a pinch of nutmeg (there will be no need to add more salt to the dish as the cooked ham already contains enough salt by itself)
đ Once the endives have finished cooking and the bĂ©chamel has been made, place the whole thing in a gratin dish, wrapping the pieces of endives in the ham.
đ Add the GruyĂšre cheese and place the whole thing in the oven at 180°C for about fifteen minutes
