4 Comments. Write a new one
Hello, I received this book for the birth of my little one and I think the concept is great!
I had a question on the other hand on the age of introduction of certain fruits, such as Kiwi which is announced from 4 months whereas the recommendations so far given was to wait 1 year. This is the case for many fruits that are announced from 4-6 months, although recommended later by other books. What should I follow as an indication?
Thank you in advance,
Maj., Pauline
Hello,
Thank you very much for your return!
All the latest studies have proven that there is a tolerance window between 4 and 7 months, during which the introduction of as much food as possible would reduce the risk of future food allergies (contrary to what was said for several years). Except in very important allergic terrain (in which case it should be discussed with your doctor), it is therefore no longer justified to wait before introducing potentially allergenic foods.
Of course, we introduce the foods one by one in small quantities, and we check that there is no reaction, as for everything else.

Beautiful day
Hello,
I would like to know if it is useful to buy the guide to diversification that you propose or if it is included in this book.
Thanking you in advance for your kind reply
Good evening, sir,
If you have the book, then this one is much more complete than the little guide provided on the site.
