4-MONTH DIVERSIFICATION
Ingredients for 1 baby :
30 g cooked beetroot
1 teaspoon of olive oil
10 cl bottled water to be added as you go
- Peel and cut the beetroot into pieces and place in the blender. Add the olive oil and blend.
- Pour in a little water to loosen the gazpacho if necessary to make it more smooth
CHEF'S TIP
If the gazpacho is not smooth enough, strain it through a sieve to remove the small pieces that are in the way. Serve chilled and mix well.
OF THE 6 MONTHS
Ingredients for 1 baby :
200 g cooked beetroot
1 g garlic
1 coriander leaf
1 teaspoon of olive oil
10 cl bottled water to be added as you go
- Peel and chop the beetroot, coriander and garlic and place in the blender. Add the olive oil and blend.
- Pour a little water to loosen the gazpacho if necessary to make it smoother
CHEF'S TIP
If the gazpacho is not smooth enough, strain it through a sieve to remove the small pieces that are bothering you.
From 8 months you can add 10 to 15 g of pasteurised ricotta cheese. Serve chilled and mix well.
FROM 12 MONTHS TO 99+ YEARS
Ingredients for 1 baby :
160 g cooked beetroot
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 small drop of balsamic vinegar
10 cl water
15 g small cubes of pasteurised goat's cheese
5 cl pasteurised cream
1 fresh mint leaf
- Peel and cut the beetroot into pieces and place them in the blender. Add the spoonful of balsamic vinegar, the olive oil and blend.
- Pour in a little water to loosen the gazpacho if necessary to make it smoother.
- In a small bowl, mix the feta cheese, cream and finely chopped mint.
- Mix with a fork and finish with a teaspoon.
- Pour the beetroot gazpacho into a bowl or glass and place the feta cream and chives quenelle on top.
CHEF'S TIP
If the gazpacho is not smooth enough, strain it through a sieve to remove the small pieces.
You can replace the feta cheese with pasteurised ricotta cheese but without the cream!
Serve chilled, mix well.
For adults, you can add a little fleur de sel and ground pepper.
